TMV Shows was founded by the well-known Tania Vitus who started her career as “mulata” with the world famous Oswaldo Sargentelli in the 80s. Tania has travelled for 20 years, dancing, choreographing and presenting shows all over the world including countries such as Japan, where she, for 13 years, was the much lauded Queen of the Carnival of the international Concorde Hamamatsu hotel. As queen of the premier league samba school Gavioes of Sao Paulo, Tania was one of the most sought after mulatas for any type of samba show both abroad and in Brazil.

Almost from the get go, Silveria Nunes, Tania’s life-long, nearly-sister, joined forces with Tania in TMV Shows. Another extremely well-known, loved and respected performer, Silveria has samba coursing through her blood and has time and again shown thousands of fans how to correctly perform the very specialised presentation of the most sacred of sacred roles in a samba school… the guardian and presenter of the Flag. Silveria has a long list of titles to her name but to mention a few; queen of the premier league samba school - Nene de Vila Matilde (Sao Paulo) and first lady of the premier league samba school - Mancha Verde – with 3 years of top scores and wins.

Tania and Silveria’s international experiences have taken them to places such as Rio’s most famous night cub Oba Oba and Platform I; Sofitel (Spain), Hamamatsu (Japan), Oasis (Cancun), Hilton (Djakarta) as well as to countries such as Korea, Indonesia, Italy, Russia, Israel, the Ivory Coast, China and others.

To complete the professional core of TMV Shows the always happy and well-liked Marcos Silva joined as director. Marcos also started his career as a dancer with Oswaldo Sargentelli but quickly started working as a choreographer and has most recently directed shows such as the city-wide queen of the carnival competition for Sao Paulo, the van-guard for the Mocidade Alegre samba school as well as the salsa night at the famous Sao Paulo night-club Bourbon Street. Marcos also brings his experience and a ready-made “afro/tribal” show to TMV Shows.
